The people have made it clear what they want for the Village of Richfield.

How many people advance from the primary to the general election in the County Board race?

I thought it was one when I made the comment above, but apparently it is 2.This sucks that so many people are supporting someone who has a greedy agenda and is manipulative.

Agreed Stephanie. It's clear they really haven't gotten to know her. I personally have on an unrelated issue but it was very telling to me about her personal agenda. It's all about what she wants and she doesn't care how she gets it. Break the rules, change the rules, whatever works.

Agreed Thomas. My husband and I started laughing when we saw the one on Amy belle and willow creek on Saturday. It was huge. Disappeared on Monday so I think that was one that she didn't get permission to put up. I've never seen one that big with a picture; not even for a presidential election. Out of control in my opinion....but not surprising.

I cant see why anyone would want certain people to represent them at the county level, when this person is against the county for their enforcement of animals at large. Asking for a Jury trial???? really

Agreed Marie. I've been living the animal at large one for awhile. I shudder when I see "animal lover" on her website. I kept her dog safe at my house for 3 hours on a Sunday morning after he wandered in my yard for the umpteenth time. No tag so I didn't know who he belonged to. We could have let him go to get hit by a car or cause an accident. I deferred going to my moms house to take care of her (she's disabled) so I could watch her dog and get him home. We could have called the Sherriff and turned him in. After we finally saw her driving through our subdivision, we returned her dog to her only to be called names and swore at. No "thank you" from her. That's the kind of neighbor she is and a direct reflection of how she would treat people when in office.....probably would be even worse because she would have more power. That is not an animal lover in my book. I think I love her dog more than she does.

By the way, her dog did get turned in to the Sherriff recently by a neighbor. She had to prove he had a rabies shot before she got him back which makes me wonder if she even had a license for him. Then she had the nerve to get mad at that neighbor because they turned him in. Again, it's all about her. She doesn't want to take responsibility for anything. Ask anyone. I'm a patient person who tries to work things out with people. I have gotten along with all of the neighbors I've ever had my entire life except her. It's a "no go" with her. It's her way or no way.

Hearing that there's comments being made about the responses here as "personal attacks". Sorry. Doesn't fit that category. That's just a response from someone who is defensive and not open to feedback. The things I stated are facts with supportive evidence. They are a direct reflection on how she treats other people which in my opinion are extremely important in an elected official. For me, her platform really doesn't matter. I first look at what kind of person a candidate is and unfortunately, I've gotten to see her in action on a personal level. She didn't care about me and the inconvenience she caused (or her dog for that matter) and that speaks volumes to me. Her inability to see that big picture makes me seriously question her ability to address other community issues. And finally, I'm a very busy person. But when it comes to who is going to make decisions about where I live, I couldn't think of a "better way to spend my time" than getting the truth out about this candidate.

I don't even know you and I can understand your frustration with her.

The animal at large charges are going to a jury trial. Two trials and this person wants to be a county supervisor. What a waste of county $$$

Wow. I didn't realize there were actual charges on the animal at large issue. I'm not surprised. She thought I was mean just giving her some constructive feedback. Good that someone took it to the next level as that's where it needed to go.

Very sad!! Taking my daughter to school this morning and almost hit a yellow lab right in front of her house. I believe that it was her dog. Had to stop and then the dog came at the car. I waited for it to move off the road before I continued.
