THERE SHE GOES AGAIN

12/19/2015

If you do not get your way, ATTACK any way you can.

That seems to be the modus operandi of Danah Zoulek, the underling of Jeff Gonyo. Merrium Webster defines modus operandi as:
a method of procedure; especially : a distinct pattern or method of operation
. Anyone who has attended the Richfield Village board meetings have seen her ATTACK in action numerous times.
The first item under Closed Session on the December 17th Richfield Village Board meeting agenda was,

9. CLOSED SESSION
a. Discussion/Action to enter into closed session pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(c) of the WI Stats., Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility Personnel; Village Administrator.

Since that item was on the agenda it left an opportunity for a vicious attack to ensue by Danah Zoulek against the Richfield Village Administrator Jim Healy. Anyone who wishes to speak during public comments must speak to an item on the agenda. Had the item regarding Village Administrator not been on the agenda, she could not have made such nasty statements.

As noted many times before, Jeff Gonyo has the right to say things under the First Amendment to the United States Constitution. Now we have to say the same thing for Danah Zoulek. Before going on her ATTACK, Danah Zoulek gave her address as living on Scenic Road. Guess she and her husband will be moving from their home on Amy Belle Road and living near the pit and enjoying their horses.

While Danah Zoulek has the right to speak her mind it was in poor taste to ATTACK  Richfield's Administrator. He does not create or make decisions on his own. He is obligated to follow the wishes of the Richfield Village Board, Richfield Village Ordinances, WI State Statutes and protect Richfield residents from possible lawsuits. Seems Danah Zoulek does not understand that, so instead she goes on the ATTACK.

So glad the Richfield residents knew better than to elect her to the Richfield Village Board in April 2015. If she runs again for public office, this raises the question of integrity. Is she running for the best interest of the community or is it only out of self interest?

YA!, It was nasty. She does think Jim took care of the open requests. However, I know that some of the staff does the actual work since I did an open records request on her and Jeff's petition. On the request it does state that not all requests will be accepted. I don't remember the exact wording. As far as how long it takes to get them, that depends on how much you are asking for.

Now that she lives on scenic (pit address), she can control her horses getting out and running about. Also, her dog which she has a problem controlling. Just look at ccap. She complained that someone let her horses out before, but now only she is the culprit.

I can confirm issues with her dog getting out in the area of Amy Belle many times as well. She becomes very belligerent (calling people names, swearing, inappropriate gestures) when given feedback that she needs to rethink the containment of her dog. It has created a lot of stress for my husband and I over the years. Many in our subdivision have experienced this first hand as well. You hit the nail on the head about her. It's all about her and nothing else matters.

Doris,

I have wonderful relationships with my neighbors. Again, this has nothing to do with the issue at hand.

I'm your neighbor and can vouch you don't with everyone. You have put your dog as well as our (including my dog's) safety at risk. Your behavior has everything to do with the kind of person you are and the issue at hand. How you are behaving with the village is more of the same in my book. Be respectful to those that you are imposing upon. Take a look at the big picture and not your own agenda.

I'm not sure the dog you're referencing was mine, another dog that was much older was found in the area.

I also don't recall talking about people's personal lives ever. Stick to the issues!

Stick to the issues? Wow! You should talk- you obviously have no problem with digging up dirt in everyone else, so stop getting upset whrn people dig up dirt on you. I am surprised Jim and the village have not filed defamation of character on you as you lie and ruin their credibility. Knock it off and grow up.

Not lying at all! Please tell me what I'm lying about. I have documents for everything. I also don't make it personal, I stick to the facts. I hope Diane posts a transcript of my comments. All of them were facts.

Order an audio of the meeting and I'll provide you with the supporting documentation.

Well, when you accused people personally, like trespassing, letting your horses out, (which they did not) then you open the conversation. I think you need to look at how you handle issues without personally going after as an example: Jim who is doing his job that you feel is not what YOU want. So stick to the issues yourself

Josh, you can say anything you want, she does not listen. She just goes after you for stating your view. The only thing she did on Thursday was not scream and yell, which was a good thing

Also josh, it was not digging up dirt, it is fact that her animals got out. Since she accused people of letting them out before it needs to be noted so we all know it was not us

Well the immediate problem is the non containment of those horses . Those horses have a habit of escaping on scenic road, and walking over and down the hill. When a car hits a horse the legs are collapsed, and the body of the horse goes through the windshield. Not like hitting a deer, it's catastrophic. The potential for this happening is greatly increased , when you use clothes line to hold the animals in. Every one on scenic road who has horses has dedicated , secure fencing. Just because there is now family problems, does not give these people an excuse to put those that travel scenic road in grave danger.

Agreed! Amen. I am a major dog lover so it would break my heart whenever her dog would get out which was often. I would work hard to try to keep him safe to the point of being in tears, only to have her call me names, etc. Agreed as well that I was worried someone would swerve to miss hitting him and would have a serious accident. Just disrespectful to all (including her dog) and doesn't seem to care which is a reflection on how she would treat others as it relates to this issue. It doesn't surprise me that her animals get out on scenic and that she tries to blame others. As I've said before, more of the same.
