By November the budget is finalized and acted upon and usually approved at the November Village Board Meeting. Did Reid attend any of those meetings and ask questions or share his concern about conflict of interest?
Here we are in March, 4 months after the approved budget, and now Reid Sneedaker brings a complaint to Washington County D.A. Mark Benson.
Something smells of a political action to influence the upcoming election of Village Trustee on April 1. Most things get smelly if they sit for awhile.
Richfield Today has heard some comments that the timing of Reid Sneedaker's action might actually help Dan Neu and Bill Collins.
So much for timing.
