SALARIES are OUT OF CONTROL?

SALARIES are OUT OF CONTROL! The Richfield Village Board gave our administrator (Jim Healy) a three-year cushy employment contract costing Richfield taxpayers more than $127,000 per year when other villages pay MUCH LESS for their administrators.....

This Richfield Today article will focus only on Salary and Benefits because that impacts your taxes. and addresses SALARIES are OUT OF CONTROL!

Note the campaign flier for Candidate Danah Zoulek indicates more than $127,000  when the total really is less than that. Granted not by much but did she need to make an exaggeration rather than state the facts?

Salary Law and Legal Definition  
Salary is financial compensation an employee receives for performing the job and part of an employee compensation package. Zoulek chose to use "SALARIES" as most people know contracts include more than just a SALARY, it includes benefits. By using SALARIES perhaps one might assume total benefit package is more than $127,000. When the facts are missing, that could create an assumption that might make one angry, WITHOUT THE FACTS you might vote for Candidate Zoulek.
Please review the chart below to see comparison between Richfield and Germantown Administrators.

THOSE ARE THE FACTS. As you can see from screen prints of the actual budgets. Also had to include Dues and Seminars to get anywhere near the "more than $127,000 per year."

Note: Germantown listed "Dues and Seminars" under Operating Supplies & Expenses. If they were removed from Richfield Administrator, the benefit package would only be $125,033. Does anyone think
more than $127,000 per year is an exaggeration?

So when you vote on April 2nd, WHO are you planning to vote for?
 
The 2019 Zoulek candidate with no clear salary information?
 
OR candidate Richfield Village President John Jeffords who works to keep your taxes low and pay only for necessary services?
 
Would you have preferred to have seen facts rather than distortion?
 
I suspect most Richfield residents will be voting to continue good leadership as witnessed these past 2 years by President John Jeffords, Trustees Rock Brandner and Tom Wolff.

This candidate will always push the limit. New people to the village..beware of this. The flyer never really changes from one election to another. This candidate has a vendetta against the village. Do you want this person on the board?

Marie is right. This candidate has been pushing the buttons on the residents. She also has many tickets for her animals being allowed to roam in the streets. If you look her up, she has 50+ tickets and the cost is over $25k that she owes and has not paid for. She isn't a law abiding citizen, so why would we elect her?

Thanks you Marie for posting that. It is frightening to feel that others may not be aware of her personal agenda. I will continue to pray for our current board members.

She has a vendetta against anyone who ever crosses her, and she thinks that none of the rules apply to her. She cannot just be happy she got her way on the Scenic Pit issue, now she wants to get even with the whole village and the residents who fought her on this; can you imagine HER representing us as the Village President or having a position on the board? God help all of us. After personally witnessing her behavior when she does not get her way, I am frankly afraid that new residents will fall for the BS on her flyers and think that she is just your average conservative mother and businesswoman who served in Iraq. Her Scenic Pit operation already has one serious DNR violation. Now she is blaming the Village for her financial woes. Yet almost every month there are new lawsuits against her as she does not pay for services rendered (latest is a promotional company she owes money to out of West Bend).
