Attached is a copy of what is called the DOT Omnibus Motion. This motion is part of the Wisconsin Budget Bill regarding Transportation and includes troubling rules regarding Quarry Operations and Location. Certainly no resident in Wisconsin would want to encourage the provisions in this Transportation motion so who other than road lobbyists would benefit from the noted regulations? Who other than road lobbyists can influence the Speaker of the House Robin Vos to add Quarry Operations to the budget bill?
