Nevertheless, it is wonderful to see Richfield residents continue to elect candidates with leadership and community values. But what does the past elections tell Richfield residents about themselves?
In our current society limited newspaper coverage sometimes does not provide enough information to educate the general population of Richfield. Recently we have witnessed a surge in personal campaign websites, Facebook pages, and local blogs that have become added resources for residents. Understanding the limited resources for accurate information Richfield residents continue to be persistent, knowledgeable and active to retain honest, qualified elected officials.
Weeks from now when the election is over and the orange political flyers have been thrown in the garbage, where they belong, these same political activists will be incorporating what they have learned from this election into new methods of communication.
In the end, it doesn’t matter whether the authors of the orange political flyers were taken to court as a violation of WI Government Accountability Board election laws or just exposed for what they said.
What does matter is the residents of Richfield cared enough about their community to educate themselves about who are the honest and true leaders of Richfield. They make a point to get to the polls to make sure Richfield continues its rich history of honest, qualified elected officials.
