Pay it now or Pay it later?

Over the years Jeff Gonyo as the representative for the Highway J Citizens Group U A has filed at least three law suits against the Village of Richfield.  In losing those cases a judgement lien was assigned for Hwy J Group to pay costs to the Village.

Now that Scenic Pit, LLC (Danah Zoulek) has lost her recent lawsuit against the Village what is the lien assigned to that case?

Outcomes of court cases can be found on Wisconsin Court System Circuit Court Access. Below are links to some Hwy J cases and Scenic Pit case.

The 2008 Hwy J lawsuit can be found here. The 2009 case can be found here. It looks as though court costs due the Village are at least $3,739.65. (Older cases have probably been dropped from the data base over time.)

Bottom line is the Highway J Citizens Group U A has not paid judgement liens that were part of losing their lawsuits against the Village of Richfield.

Here is the lawsuit by Scenic Pit LLC, Danah Zoulek. At present there is no judgement lien assigned to this case. Time will tell if they appeal the decision to deny their lawsuit.

Does anyone think this guy would pay? Why doesn't he or the hwy j group get served papers to pay up? Not sure how the court works, but mr. Gonyo needs to pay his court costs
