Desperate with NO Money

2/15/2016

A follower of Richfield Today sent this link regarding a candidate for Washington County Supervisor.  Take a look and notice 55 weeks running and $0.00 raised. Where is her money coming from for all the multiple flyers and door hangers that went out the past few weeks?

Very likely this site has been out there since the campaign for Village Trustee in 2015. We all know how that ended. Nice picture of children, husband and her but now the flyers only show her and children.

Also heard the Washington Count Sheriff deputy and village staff have been getting complaints from property owners that yard signs are placed in illegal locations and property owners never were asked it the sign could go up.

So much for now.  Primary election day for County Supervisor is February 16.  Stay tuned for the results.

I keep getting her annoying flyers and door hangers too. One morning about 5:00 am, I was walking to my car to go to work and I heard something by my front yard, went there and she was putting a flyer on my mailbox and swearing. Not a good thing for her to do when she needs votes. I have seen her in action too, she is temperamental and vicious, attacking others instead of listening and pointing out her view. Her flyer has the tax levy information and I looked at my tax bill - she has false information on there. Very misleading.

People have to know the rules before they run for office. Most people know that you cannot just put a sign anywhere you want or if other signs are there just assume you can. It does not matter who it is, it is wrong. Same thing happened when someone was running for the state rep position. She also had her signs removed and complained. But the land owners did not approve of the sign -so poof it was gone. If it was vandalized, that is actually against the law, but if it was there illegally then I don't know if you have a leg to stand on.

I would also like to note that she doesn't have any signs in her own yard on Amy Belle Rd. Not sure what that's all about but somewhat amazed that she has them stuck everywhere else (potentially without permission) but not on her own property?????

Regarding our voting, I would like to mention a few things. I have lived in Richfield for over 40 years, We have "No Debts" in Richfield- other towns like Menomonee Falls, Germantown, Slinger& others have debts. Why don't we? Because of the town board we have. They have been in long enough to know what works & what doesn't. First of all we don't need to increase the board to 2 more who don't know diddly what's going on and paymore for extra people. A certain person who is running moved in here in 2002, she was in service, has absolutely no experience on how to run a town. She wants it her way because of GREED. She has a pit on Scenic Rd and wants to fill it. She said it will be clean, but with trucks running day and night, we have no idea what is going in. We are upset because if the wrong thing goes in,it could affect our ground water and the water we drink.think about Flint, Mich. Those poor people got screwed by their own Governor. We don't need for that to happen in our town because of greed. We have GREAT people on the board, and they should stay because of the wonderful job they are doing. Go to a Town Hall meeting and see what I'm talking about. She was kicked out of a meeting due to her big mouth.Vote NO on both referendums, and vote for Rock Brandner, he knows the laws and is very fair. Our Board has done a fantastic job. The old saying is that if something is working, don't change it.

Ditto to all. As I've said before in other posts, I've had very bad interactions with her over the years as it relates to her dog being loose all of the time. She feels she doesn't need to follow rules and becomes very belligerent when you try to give her feedback. I can't imagine her holding any type of office and doing a good job. You need to have good communication skills, be respectful, listen to others, have an open mind, act professionally and not have a personal agenda. She doesn't meet any of those criteria. I also feel for her kids. I guess it's her choice but they shouldn't be used as pawns to get what she wants, especially with how contentious things are with this election. I personally would never do that and is a bit of a reflection on her and how she operates. Just my personal opinion for what it's worth. I'm getting tired of her drama, wish she would see that her current behavior is bad for the village and stop putting herself in the victim role all of the time. We all make choices and her choices have put herself in this situation. Period.

very sad lesson for her!. She knows better from previous attempts at an office. She just figured no one would complain.
she will turn this around and say it is richfield doing it to her. However, someone in Germantown also complained that a sign was put up without permission. So that argument is null and void

Noticed her signs on corner of willow creek and Amy belle are gone this am. That's Germantown so my guess is that was some of them. Peterson ones still up. Crazy.

I find it fascinating that the flier left on my mailbox did not say she is actually running to influence permits to start her own landfill operation in the village.

Doris,
She no longer lives on Amy Belle Road.

Well, I kinda thought that might be the case but didn't know for sure. I think it's still technically her property though. That explains why I haven't seen her dog roaming loose for awhile in our area. I won't miss that. I was a nervous wreck that he would get hit by a car or someone would swerve to miss him and get hurt.

What kind of dog? I've recently seen an unknown roaming around periodically.
