Saturday, December 1
Noon to 3pm
Richfield Historical Park
4399 Pleasant Hill Road, Richfield
Enjoy an afternoon in an old-fashioned general store and festively decorated historic farmhouse--both decked out for the Christmas holidays. Hot cider, homemade goodies, caroling put you in the holiday spirit.
The Mill House decorations include a German Christmas tree where children can search for a pickle ornament (German custom). Sing-along carols will be played on the upright piano. Homemade cookies and hot cider heated on a wood burning stove will be served.
The Lillicrapp Welcome Center's General Store display will take on a holiday mood -- a 1920s feather tree decorated with antique ornaments, vintage children’s toys and candy displays. A wagon ride through the Park will be offered (weather permitting.) Free Admission -- Donations Appreciated to Support the Richfield Historical Society's Projects.
Before or after visiting the Park, be sure to stop by the 12th Annual Holiday Bazaar at the Friess Lake School. This event is part of Christmas in Richfield.
