It is estimated they will employ 45 employees on-site. in the Endeavor Business Park The proposed structure on-site is 121,000 sq ft with the potential to expand to the south at some point in the future another 48,000 sq ft bringing the total potential footprint to be 169,000 sq ft. Of the total footprint, 116,050 sq ft will be utilized as their manufacturing area and 4,950 sq ft will be utilized as an office area.
They are seeking a rezoning of the land from A-1, Exclusive Agricultural District to M-4, Industrial Park District. This proposed rezoning is consistent with Richfield Future Land Use Map. It is consistent with Richfield intent to see manufacturing/industrial businesses in this location. A Class II Public Hearing Notice has been published in the West Bend Daily News and notice has been given to properties within 300' of the subject property. To date, the Village has not received any written comments regarding the proposed rezoning. At the June 6, 2019 Plan Commission meeting, the Plan Commission approved the Site, Building and Plan of Operation documents subject to the final review and approval of professional staff and subject to the Village Board considering their recommendation for approval of the change in zoning.
A scheduled Public Hearing will be held June 20th by virtue of Village Staff publishing a Class II Public Hearing Notice in the Daily News. A copy of the Public Hearing notice was sent to property owners within 300' of the subject property.
