At the May 16th Richfield Architectural Review Board meeting these items were discussed:

- A 40'x14' additional accessory storage structure for Terrace 167 & Loggers Park located at 3210 STH 167,

- Expansion of Plasticraft Molds, Inc., located at 2325 Richfield Parkway in the Endeavor Business Park. Business going well so they need more space.

- Changes to Joe Mama's Bar and Grill, located at 4600 CTH Q. Owners are proposing to expand kitchen space on north side of  building by extending the shed roof line the length of the building to the east.

These items will come before a future Plan Commission meeting for further discussion and hopeful approval.

Congratulations to Jim and Lorraine Bahr of Richfield.

Lorraine and Jim will appear in a Pet Therapy segment of CBS 58 Sunday Morning on May 20th at 7 am, Channel 58 Milwaukee.

Mike Strehlow will be doing a feature on "Pets Helping People" (PHP). Pets Helping People is the local organization which certified Sophie, their dog, as a Pet Therapy dog and Lorraine and Jim as handlers.

They will be part of the filming at the Congregational Assisted Living facility in Elm Grove and will be interacting with 3 residents applying their pet therapy skills and having Sophie interact with the resident. The segment will include other information on PHP, its Executive Director and its training staff.

Jim and Lorraine will be filmed this coming Tuesday evening, May 15th so at this point can’t tell you what to expect, but it should be good.

Hopefully you will have a chance to view the segment or record it if 7 am on a Sunday morning is too early.

Congrats to Jim and Lorraine for offering their service to helping senior citizens with their dog Sophie.
