Well, there is 1 more VOTE NO sign going up.
Had heard that a VOTE NO sign was thought to have been stolen. They searched the garage, but no luck. But alas, it was found hidden behind some things. Once those things were moved the VOTE NO sign was discovered. Spring is here and time to clean out the garage. One more family happy to have a sign in their yard. Very interesting piece on how important religion is to a safe community.
Harvard Professor: 90 seconds you won't regret seeing! Now here is something that absolutely everyone should see -- often!! This could be used in so many ways, in so many places. It is stunningly simple, and so totally profound. Note that at the bottom of the clip it gives permission to use this clip provided it is not altered. Happy Easter everyone. Definitely something to worry about. Every American owes it to his or her descendants to watch this brief video.

Hours March 21- March 31: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM April 1: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Source: Village of Richfield Web site Back in 1997 when I was first elected as Richfield Town Supervisor one of the very first recommendations given to me by then Town Chairman Ralph Schulties was to not make quick decisions as I might not know the full history of a particular item before the board. He was right many times and now Richfield residents need to consider the same advice by learning the history of the former Washington County Board District 24, now District 21. This district is generally bounded by Hillside Rd on the east, Hwy CC/St. Augustine Rd on the west, Pioneer Road on the north and Hwy Q on the South. Recently there has been a lot of buzz on Richfield Today face book and in his letter to the editor in the Daily News about how long Bill Meyers was County Supervisor of District 24, his support for Term Limits in Richfield and distain for the decisions Richfield residents make when they vote. Let's get a historical perspective regarding District 24.
David Rademacher was first elected County Supervisor of District 24 in 1988 and continued until 2008. See attached news paper article. For many of those 20 years he had no opponents. NO TO TERM LIMITS, NO OPPOSITION. Many items came before the county board while David was supervisor and one of the most important items for Richfield was Cabelas. SPRING LEAGUES ARE STARTING SOON

The Citizens Supporting Richfield 2016 is reporting the demand for Vote No yard signs has totally exceeded their expectations. They will be printing more but still not enough for all who want a VOTE NO sign.
Consider placing one of their mailers in your front window if you are not able to receive a sign. They also have requested donations to cover the cost of mailers, postage and yard signs. If you are interested in supporting them financially send your donation to: Citizens Supporting Richfield, PAC 2016 P.O. Box 203 Hubertus, WI 53033 You must supply your name, and in some cases occupation, when donating to the PAC per WI Election rules. Thank you for supporting this very important cause. In a recent post titled Richfield Referendums it was noted that Gov. Walker, Rep. Gannon, Rep, Brandtjen and Senator Stroebel were asked to comment on their position regarding Term Limits at the local level.
You have seen and read the press release from Rep. Gannon. Here is the response from Rep. Brandtjen: Hi Diane, hope all is well. Rep. Brandtjen is a cosponsor of the bill to limit terms of state officials to 12 years. On the local level she recognizes that referendums give the local citizens a chance to weigh in. She has no position on the merits of the proposals as she is not a resident of the Village. Thanks, Bill Savage Office of State Representative Janel Brandtjen (608) 267-2367 (888) 534-0022-Toll Free As Richfield residents who have voted for her, how do you like her response. My email response was: Bill thanks for the response but so strange as she does represent many residents from within the Village and this is a very important issue for the future of Richfield. Thanks again for the response, Diane Pedersen Hello Quilting Friends:
