Kelly (You need to take your time to read my answer, a lot of info.)
First let me say there are no sewer and water plans, to my knowledge from talking with village staff and officials. The 2013 write in candidates have MISLED you in all their flyers.
Write-in candidates first flyer compared salary for West Bend, Hartford, Administrators and total benefit package for Village of Richfield Administrator. VERY MISLEADING. From what I heard, only 50 people attended a recent RCRG meeting. That is down by 200 from a previous meeting.
Does that mean they have lost supporters? Does that mean once people heard their platform they went away for good? Does that mean they are not relevant to folks who live in Richfield? Probably YES to all those questions. Why has the Daily News refused to print this article?
Times Press printed it March 23, 2013. On March 3, during a rally at Richfield Chalet - Richfield Citizens for Responsible Government (RCRG) allowed a handout to be distributed titled “Salary Comparison” printed on Citizens for Responsible Government (CRG) Network of Milwaukee letterhead stationery. Someone read the details to the audience. Today John Jeffords and Rock Brandner, Village of Richfield candidates launch their new campaign web sties.
